Sakura of Japan

This restaurant is really good! My husband and I went there for our anniversary and the food was delicious. They gave us a lot of food, most of which we ended up taking home for leftovers. It's fun watching them cook your food in front of you. I had the ocean combo because I love seafood, and my husband had the teriyaki chicken and shrimp combo. Kid-friendliness: Kids will probably enjoy watching the food be cooked, especially when they first light up the grill. The flames can go pretty high. It's fun. The seating arrangement is nice for family gatherings.

Friendly, relaxed atmosphere, and great food. It was busier than I expected for a weekday lunch. Not crowded, but certainly busy. Food was made quickly (faster than a lot of sit down restaurants), efficiently, and it all tasted delicious and fresh. Easily the best sesame chicken and yakisoba I've had since the last time I was in Japan. Will definitely go again. A few groups were obviously there for business lunches and I can see the appeal. It was quiet enough for it despite there being a couple dozen folks there. There were also a few regulars that staff chatted with in between tasks. Definitely lent to the laid back air of the place. Also, I really liked the artwork and how the place was decorated. They have some interesting mixed media art pieces. Features: Chefs cooking at the table were masked and the sanitized the table between guests.

The food was good and the servings were generous.
