Sake Roll Sushi

This is my FAVORITE sushi place, and it's always fresh and delicious. The portions are beyond generous! The all you can eat option includes all of the rolls (though a few are limited to dinner), along with all of the available nigiri. I tend to order mostly nigiri, and the fish to rice ratio is PERFECT. Nigiri should NEVER be 80% rice, 20% fish, which unfortunately is what a lot of sushi places give you. Not here! You get a nice thick piece of fish and a small roll of rice--the perfect ratio. The rice is deliciously seasoned and the fish is always cool, fresh, and delicious. The all you can eat option also includes the appetizers, salads, and desserts. The rolls I've had here were just amazing. A lot of them have tempura shrimp inside for those of you who dislike the idea of raw fish. It's a beautiful intimate sushi spot! We come for the baked green muscles, yellowtail and the salmon...best in the area in quality.
