Service was fast and so friendly!! The wafu steak didn’t have as much garlic as I remember it to have but thats okay!
I ordered the miso butterfish and it was very good! I wish the portion of fish was a little bigger but other than that i'll definitely order it AGAIN! however my husband ordered the wayu steak. I asked for sauce&sautéed onions(which were barely cooked) to be on the side! The steak had no flavor, no seasoning, nothing and it was covered in almost raw onions that should've been sautéed. Even with 1 meal being excellent and the other a disaster I still have given 5 stars BECAUSE we have always had good food from SAITO in the past and I believe everyone has an occasional bad day, even a cook! If our next order has the same issues though I'll adjust my review appropriately. Even with this, I still recommend to eat at SAITOS in Ewa Beach! Features: I did see everyone going in wearing masks!
