This remains one of my favorite restaurants in downtown PA. Comfortable, unstuffy, yet high quality ingredients and professional service. I particularly appreciate their local wine selections, as well as unique wines from other regions, all at a reasonable mark-up, which means it makes sense to order a bottle vs. wines by the glass.
The restaurant setting, with bar and a separate seating room and outdoor options, is tastefully done. The ambience is equally well suited for a business lunch or dinner and a date night. The menu has good selection of salads, surf and turf with a great wine selection. Our server, Matthew, was excellent and very professional, catering to our pace throughout the evening. Parking: Plenty of street parking on a Sunday evening.
It was great to go back to an old favorite and have a nice special birthday dinner for grandpa. Everyone was very attentive and the food came out quickly and the drinks were strong. All the kids love their food and wanted more.
