Their food is good. Their broth for the pho is probably the best in downtown Cincinnati. My only complaint is they sometimes don't shut down their online order system or update their Google map status when they are closed during their regular business hours.

Delicious food and efficient service!!! I’ve had Banh Mi, Pho, Bun (rice noodles), Com (rice) and love all of them! It is impressive how their foods satisfy the taste of diverse customers, including picky Vietnamese (hey, it’s me) who seek authentic home taste, and those who simply want to try (and eventually fall in love with) Viet food. ???? When the line is short (typically before 12), it can take them only a few minutes to make the food. When it’s extremely busy, I’ve never waited over 15 minutes if I order in store. You can also order online and come pick up.
