Ruth's Chris Steak House

I visited this restaurant for the first time and definitely my last. Our bill was almost $200 dollars for just a chicken, steak, mash and two drinks. I wouldn’t care about the price if the presentation was good, if the service was 10/10 and if the food was worth the value. None of these things were part of my dinner experience. I paid that I sexy fish in brickell and it was worth every penny! Just plain blahhh server took forever to come get our order, once our order finally arrived I was in shock with my “stuffed chicken” that looked like a kids meal chicken. The steak was $70 and it wasn’t amazing. There was absolutely no presentation on the dishes. Only good thing in this restaurant was the bread and the blue berry mojito. You’re basically paying for the location and because it’s a well known restaurant!

Beautiful and clean restaurant. Fast service. Max the bartender is amazing and very welcoming. Andrew the manager was so nice and friendly. Food was delicious. Awesome location.

We went last Friday August 5th for supper, I usually don’t post reviews but making an exception. The service we received from our waitress Eden and manager Andrew was phenomenal. She was also so very patient with my grandchildren ❤️. The whole staff was great. Great customer service. The food was amazing, the steak was so tender and juicy. We found the place by accident and we are very happy that we did. We definitely will be going back. Thank you ????
