All these later and Rústico still delivers. 4 stars for service but 5 for our actual server- she was just swamped. On a perfect Friday evening in October they need more than one server for the outside area.
Far and away the best craft beer list in Arlington. Nowhere comes close. They also do great burgers, and many of their other dishes are super tasty. However, their food is loaded with salt, and even when I've asked them to tone it down, it's still very noticeable. They're owned by NRG (Neighborhood Restaurant Group) who has a rather unsavory reputation in the area for how they treated their long-time employees at the beginning of the pandemic. That said, when I've gone back recently their current staff is very friendly and helpful, so hopefully it's become a good place to work once again.
Best beer selection in the area!! They had 40 craft beers on draft!! Definitely a unique experience for ballston. Food was decent as well, we shared the fried cauliflower and vodka pie recommended by our bartender Luis. Wished they were open late because we came to to watch the game but couldn’t stay until the end since they close at 10. Definitely will return to try more of their delicious beers
