Rumi's Restaurant

Went here on Mother’s Day and although the food is good, the service was disappointing. We were the 2nd inside the restaurant, they got our orders (later they forgot to give an item we ordered, and my brother asked for a drink’s refill on a to go cup but they didn’t either). It took about 30 mins when the lady who took our orders told me my order wasn’t available. We waited even longer, now noticing that the guests who came later were getting their orders ahead of us. In total, we waited about an hour before we got our food. They did apologize for being understaffed, but it was obvious we were just neglected as everybody else seemed to be having a blissful Mother’s Day. Not for us anyway.

My mom and I got the chicken Soltani plate and salmon plate and shared and it was sooo good. Very juicy and flavorful!

Food is good. We got there and sit down. Service is really bad. They offered other tables water and bread but to us. Waitress never came to see if we needed anything and at the end they added gratuity when service was bad. Avoid this place.
