Rumble Fish Sushi

I've come here often as the food quality and ratio of rice to sashimi was pretty good. It appears that they recently changed management and have increased their prices as well as decreased in food quality. Prior times I've been here if I left any sushi rice (small amounts of course) they wouldn't say anything. This time I left 1/4 of 1 piece of sushi (literally smaller than the size of the tip of my pinky finger) and the Korean female manager said she will charge me if I do the same thing next round. I have attached a photo of the Philly cheese roll. As you can see if was pretty much all cream cheese. You couldn't even taste any salmon at all. Furthermore, I asked for smoked salmon on my first round and they didn't have any. I believe that that should've been posted somewhere in the front if they are out of a certain fish because I wouldn't have dined there had I known. I also couldnt differentiate between the salmon belly and regular salmon just by taste or quality like I was able to

Really dope ambiance and vibe in the place. Big sushi bar. Problem I had was rolls are big but have too much rice. It’s good if you want a humongous and filling roll but not really optimized for taste or flavor. Definitely want to check out other menu items.

The food was excellent! The service took long but they let you know upfront as they were shirt staffed. Would go again soon!
