Rudy's is a cute BBQ place. They sell BBQ by the lb and plates and sandwiches. I like the BBQ by the lb option because I don't like sides with my BBQ. Yes I understand that it's a big plate of meat but I don't care. My favorite is the brisket. I prefer the juicy cut with plenty of onions from the condiment bar.
