Came when we were at the Citadel outlet on a hot summer day, and we were desperate to find a place that had AC to eat and relax. (Yeah shopping is tiring haha) Ruby’s diner is located near the entrance/main parking lot, also right next to Levi's. You can’t miss it! Liked the old diner retro decor, service was pretty friendly. I especially enjoyed how the servers greeted us with smiles on their faces, and also how nice they were to all the customers. The only downside would be the flavor, but glad that all the food we ordered came out fast, and the portions were big and shareable. Overall, it’s convenient! A good place to enjoy AC with comfortable seats to rest from the big shopping!
Cool american diner with old-style vibes. Service is good, waiters are cheerful and eager to help. Food is good: had the chicken tenders for starters and then a burger with a shake. Ruby's never seems to be as good as I remember it to be. That probably says more about me than it does Ruby's, but still. Breakfast was mildly OK. When I got to my sunny side ups eggs I started enjoy them and soaking my toast into yoke. Didn’t realize I taste something I’ve never tasted before since I was a kid. That’s when my mom put a bar of soap in my mouth every time that I cussed. But when you get taste of soap in your breakfast that is on your plate it doesn’t really taste good. So I told the waitress and she said I’ll tell the manager. So I waited and I waited and I waited. Doesn’t look like a manager really doesn’t care. So I’ll won’t be back to this Ruby’s anytime soon.
