Bunch of Lazy, Fat and Incompetent workers in an open kitchen setting. Stood waiting for about 15 minutes for my food that was sitting RIGHT IN FRONT of me on the pickup shelf, getting cold. I was served at the pickup window AFTER the ordering queue which is stupid. Bunch of losers here, clearly failed management!
I walked in to order. No greetings no nothing except a little girl playing with her phone. Ordered my food (which was good so not 1 star), she didn’t even confirm if my card went through. Based on dirty tables, employee behavior and how it’s ran, doesn’t seem like they have a manager!!
Service was slow, floor wasn't clean, bathrooms were locked, food was unusually bland, asked for extra limes and were ignored (had to ask twice). Overall not impressed. Sad because I just moved from Kentucky back to Vegas and haven't had Rubios for a long time. It might be a long time before I eat here again.
