Rubio's Coastal Grill

It’s been a while since I’ve eaten at this Rubio‘s. I was in the area, craving tacos, and wanted to give Rubio‘s a go. Got a bunch of their chicken and beef tacos with nachos and salsa. All was pretty good. A bit on the saltier side, so consider getting a drink or a lot of water. I like how the dishes came with a side of beans and a bit of nachos.

Continually give the wrong sized drink on takeout orders and extra money paid for avacado was a bit of a joke

I am a frequent customer to rubios and i got the worst service today which ruined my night out. We were warned we might for 30 minutes which we agreed to. After 30 minutes i got my order, asked whether they put utensils in and left. We drove away to enjoy our food to find our the lid was big on the container, didnt close properly and spilled. I found out they did not put utensils either. Such a poor customer service. We had to drive all the way back to town to get utensils from somewhere else. After waiting for 30 minutes we were starving and it was extremely unpleasant to have half the food and no utensils. My favorite restaurant is not the favorite anymore.
