This is an upscale French restaurant, but it's definitely worth visiting. It can be quite crowded at the entrance, as many people are eager to dine here, even during lunchtime. But it's worth it. Inside, you'll find a delightful interior with various areas where you can comfortably spend your time. There are cozy spots near the windows, outdoor seating, and even a view of the bread-making process if you sit closer to the kitchen. There's a wide variety of dishes available, but my advice to you is to be adventurous! Instead of opting for a sandwich, try the Shakshouka. Yes, it's a meatless dish, but it's so satisfying that you'll never forget it! As for dessert, I highly recommend the meringue cookies. They are absolutely delicious!
Went for Brunch, it was a long line so mentally prepare to wait ~40 min during prime hours. The line goes quicker if you don't plan on grabbing pastries but they're almost the best part! Brunch was good, the menu is quality over flair, everything on the menu sounds basic (i.e regular breakfast) but the quality of ingredients and execution more than make up for it.
The best French restaurant I've ever been to! The baguette is a must try-- freshly baked with the right amount of crispiness and chewiness. I like how they pair savoury flavours with sweet flavours via fruits like peaches; it makes the dish a lot more interesting and most adventurous for the taste buds. The duck is also very delicious as the skin was crunchy but the meat was tender. The corn ravioli is soft with a burst of corn flavours (I would recommend paying extra for truffles because it really puts the whole dish together). The ambience mimics France: upon entering, it's as if you entered a house. If you ever visit LA, this is a fantastic spot to have lunch or dinner.
