Rudest staff in America don’t know how they got 4 stars . I can’t explain how rude they are consistently. The food is good but who cares when you are this unprofessional. I recommend you go anywhere but there. A lot of the locals know this and stay far away. Rude Boys foreal!!!

I've been buying food from Roys since 2014, the prices have gone up and customer service has gone down. The food is pretty good, but sometimes the emotional charge on top of the money just isnt worth it. I dont understand how the food is all cooked, but it still takes 20 minutes for them to put it on a plate. Yet they refuse to take pick up orders over the phone.. dont even call, thats just asking to get vexxed. The women in front are so rude for absolutely no reason.

Very good oxtail spot. However I came here twice so far and meat texture was different, it was tougher to chew than the first time. I personally prefer it when it's soft and tinder. But other wise this is a good spot for real homemade carribean food.
