Did not have chicken. Prioritized UberEats orders over that of in-store customers. The manager did not want to give customers access to the restroom. I am not speaking on behalf of all employees, the gentleman who helped me was nice. However, I can’t say the same about the manager, she was terrible.
This is a smaller rofo but best customer service. Friendly cashier's, cooks, and managers. The guy at the register who i thinks name is Melvin is the best employee during evenings. Tht guy is always cleaning up, running the registers, and maintaining The self serve coffee bar and surrounding areas. The guys a worker! Thanks for keeping the coffee ☕ fresh for everyone Melvin!
Consistent issue with store at 4500 mountain rd 21122, and other stores in my area, NO ONE ANSWERS the phone. I spoke with manager and was told phone is in the back room. It needs to be an employees job to answer the phone, don't you think!!!!
