In my opinion the girl Nicole that works the early morning shift is RACIST when I pull up to use atm and get gas at 445 am the door was locked and she said the door will open at 5 so I used the atm at the bp across the street when I come back my mom informed me that she opened the door to give something to a white junkie who was outside cleaning a children’s blow up pool in the parking!!! Then another black customer walks to the door she locks it and makes him use the windows. When I come back to the window to pay for my gas I had to ring the bell twice to be acknowledged the time was now 455. She then continued to do whatever she was doing and told me come inside only to take her time to serve me and she still didn’t serve me the manager had to come from the back to help me with purchasing my gas. If they had a rating for zero stars that’s what I’d give them

This place should be shut down. You have very unprofessional staff working there. The lady who was cooking my food was so busy on a personal call that she couldn’t communicate. Nor was I instructed that you guys were out of certain items on the menu but waited to tell me once I received my ticket and was ready to cash out. Co workers hang outside rather then working because it’s always something to do. There is no proper covid guidelines to follow. Homeless people hang all inside and outside of your establishment wearing no mask. People who are not buying something are in the way. I have being coming here for years and nothing has changed . for months the mayor has been talking about getting rid of plastic bags but I guess you guys never thought to order paper bags instead I had to carry my hot food all the way to my vehicle. Complete sadness on all levels!!!!

This place is very unprofessional. There’s like one staff member working there. The items are not on the shelf. There’s a whole fridge or three at least fridges missing their items. There are not a lot of varieties of snacks. I come for a coffee and coffee only and that machine is not only broken, but the pieces are missing from that machine!!! Hasn’t been fixed at all. A very disappointing place and needs to be shut down.
