Royal Chopstix Irving

whenever i go to this place they are rude, i have gone many times this year because i really like their food but i always have to beg them for more sweet and sour sauce, it doesn't matter if they charge me extra for this. They even put it on the bill and it's free, I don't understand what the problem is for giving me an extra, will it be a lot of work to have to pack it and that's why they deny it? Today I made an order online, I specifically asked for extra sauce and there was not a single sauce in my bag, it is the last time I buy from them. Management should review their staff because they honestly hate their customer service job.

Holy cow....definitely a huge disappointment from last delivery experience... Saturday October 6, placed delivery order through Uber Eats at 8:05 pm Received order in about 45 minutes, no problem...I ordered 2 combination fried rice with no bean sprouts at $12.50 each...the containers were barely half full. Looks like they took 1 combination fried rice order and split it up into 2 to go containers....at $25.00 for 2 dinners and Uber Eats delivery charges and tip was $38.00!!!! I've been ordering Royal CHOPSTICKS for at least a year and never had any issues ever.. After this complete RIPOFF, I will definitely never order from Royal CHOPSTICKS ever again. These food establishments apparently don't understand that money is tight these days and completely ruining the trust of a very loyal customer is devastating for long term growth, especially when their customers post Google reviews to share the potential bad experience to all who are interested in ordering from Royal CHOPSTICKS...

Food: horrible fried rice and too small of a portion for being rice. Orange chicken seemed like crumbs. They need better customer skills. She gave the total and I said ok let me know when you ready for the CC number and she said, we don’t take card payments, want to cancel you order? How aggressive. I would paid $4.99 for the amount of food they gave. Just a horrible experience.
