Great KC BBQ! Caught them just before close. Burnt ends are super tasty and moist. Ribs were a bit fall off bone and good flavor. Love their house bbq sauce! Cheesy corn is great and a nice surprise. The slaw is a dill and light vinegar slaw, beans are on the sweet side with a spicy kick. My entire family preferred Roscoe’s over Joe’s.
I got 1/2 slab of ribs and fries food was excellent the BBQ sauce tasted so good gave it 4 stars because the fries were over cooked cost like 20 and some change
I am a KC native and never try other BBQ spots, this place is a hidden bbq gem. The burnt ends were seasoned to a T and the ribs were seasoned so wonderfully and fell right off the bone! The BBQ sauce has a classic KC taste and pairs perfectly with the meat. Great BBQ!
