I called to place an order for dinner for my family, I spoke with someone named Brandon. I normally hate ordering over the phone but Brandon was very nice and funny and made ordering over the phone a good experience! The pizza was delicious too. I love rosati's!
If I could give no stars I would. I have never delt with an unpleasant owner such as Niko. Our order was wrong and we were told via Matt his manager that they would replace the order when ready. We could called a few days later to get it replaced and ended up talking/arguing on the phone for 45 minutes. Omg! He went on to tell me he has the top sells in the area and people like me always call to get free pizza etc. He finally decided to replace the order at the end of the call however when we received the pizza it was cold and over and hour later. I love Rosatis pizza but I wouldn't recommend buying from this place and if u do and your order is wrong chuck it up as a lost. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION.
Great stuff, I've ordered from them several times and not once have I been even slightly disappointed.
