Let's start with the good. The prices are reasonable and the pasta portions are huge! And that's it . The chicken fettuccine alfredo was bland, but not oily at least. Their to-go container is made of aluminum foil. That means you can't microwave any leftovers, forcing you to trash them if you don't have an oven. Being that I'm in a semi truck, I don't. The mozzarella sticks were surprisingly flavorless. There was a little, but it was barely noticeable. The garlic bread sticks were dense, and again pretty plain. Overall, it was a cheap, filling and oh-so-forgettable dinner
First time having a Chicago style pizza. I have to say I was impressed. I am a big cheese fan and this was super cheesy. The pie itself is about 2 inches thick. Price was fair. Ordered via doordash so I cannot compliment the staff enough.
Arrived for my order 5 minutes early, my pizza was ready and in their warmer, the rest of my order was not. I was asked no less than 5 times what my last name was, they would open the warmer, look at the order on my pizza and close the door. In the mean time another customer is waiting to speak with a manager due to online mixup and wanting a refund. Someone who says they were an assistant manager comes up front yells at the other customer he's getting his money refunded and to leave before the police are called and that he needed to learn how to place an order online. Showing obviously zero customer service experience. At this point I asked how much longer for my order and that my pizza has been in the warmer for over 15 minutes now and all I was waiting for was cheesy garlic bread, they check again. Finally, after waiting for more than 20 minutes for my food I drive home with old pizza and burnt garlic bread. I'll go back to my Plainfield Rosatis and never be back to this location.
