Rosatis Pizza

The pizza was awful. It was barely cooked through and all the toppings slid off because it was juicy. It really was disgusting. I called to make them aware, mainly because of the expense. If the guy I talked to would of just apologized I wouldn't now be taking my business elsewhere. But no apology. Just wanted me to send a picture of the pizza. Ridiculous! And I wasn't even looking for a refund or credit. Terrible pizza and worst customer service. Which is too bad. Rosatis is usually were we get our pizza. Not anymore

The guy working was very nice. I ordered online, paid for extra ranch but did not get it. The slice of cheese pizza was OK at best. The fried pickles were terrible. I threw most of them away. I ordered early in the day and the oil in the fryer must be old and gross based off the smell and taste. On this experience alone, I will not be ordering again. Maybe it was a fluke though. I hope so.

I am a new customer. Have ordered our pizza from other pizzerias. I ordered last week for the first time and then again today. The food is awesome. Our delivery driver was great. Called to let me know he was leaving food on porch. But both orders were incorrect. Last week I received ranch dressing instead of honey mustard. No big deal. But today again, ranch instead of honey mustard. The create your own pasta was supposed to be penne with Alfredo. I got fettuccine. Not horrible mistakes, but I spent $70. Not sure if I'll be back. Maybe I'll try a different location.
