Rosati's Pizza

I have to give 2 stars because I didn't receive half my order last night which totaled to more than $60. I shelled for the extra delivery fee because the closer Rosati's wasn't available to deliver. Not to mention it was an hour fifteen late, I didn't even think they were going to bother coming. It was Friday night, so I get it (kinda), but still. The employee I spoke with on the phone as well as the driver were very polite, but unfortunately kindness does not replace my currency. Refund my 2 missing salads and the inedible fries and I'll remove this review. Probably won't notice it, so here's 2 stars anyway.

My family and I regularly order from here, as much as I hate to admit lol. Tamal (I really hope I’m spelling his name right) is amazing. He always answers with the most kind customer service. Our delivery driver is wonderful as well. I’m always happy to spend my money with them and the pizza is AMAZING! I would def recommend their fried mushrooms too!! Thank you so much to the local team for ALWAYS going above and beyond. You are all WONDERFUL!

Yesterday, my husband and I, had the pleasure of ordering dinner from Rosati's in Lemont. When we first entered, we were uncertain. However, our uncertainty, quickly vanished, when we were greeted. The Lady who served us was so friendly and polite. We ordered spaghetti with meat sauce, added meatballs, and five cheese ravioli. The food was packed neatly, and upon arrival home, it was hot, fresh, and, tasty. Our only suggestion to the owners would be, brighter and clean up the entrance to your restaurant. We will return.
