Had a deep dish 10" cheese pizza. The crust was not hand made, MUST HAVE BEEN MADE ON A MACHINE and not the normal good crust I have had for many years.Chrust was dry with little taste. VERY DISAPPOINTING

I placed my order at1807pm, Your staff/s lied couple of times, I called around 1938pm tonight asked for order status he said the driver was on his way, called second time, asked what happened to my order? He said pizza was still in the oven, super late! I placed my order at 1800pm, Husband called 3rd time at 2030pm, he said driver was on his way AGAIN and they were asking if we need an extra? so my husband told them will just cancel our order, please, DO NOT lie! just be prompt and honest if something went wrong. Very unprofessional
