Lucky to get one star. Ordered catering for my daughters graduation party under the agreement I could pay half on August 5th, and haf the day of the party August 27th all their staff and people there are great, it’s the ownership group. I paid half on august 5th after going through my bank statement I had unexpected money in my account a couple weeks after making the first half payment so naturally i spent the money and then the day of the party I paid the balance turned out they never charged the 1st payment early and charged all of it the day of the party. Which I did not have all the money in the account, I rarely do to cover for any type of fraud nowadays.. Rosatis said it was processing error and there was nothing they could do it cost me way more than it should have in the end and the owner there relayed through his staff to tell me there is nothing that could be done. I had to eat their mistake plus overdraft fees…. Also filing a police report tomorrow.

Got a coupon in the mail for being new to the area. It isn't expired and is completely valid for 1 Free Pizza. We were even going to order sides so it's not like we were just getting the free pizza and that's it but even still, THEY sent out the coupon for free pizza, they should expect people to redeem it and get free pizza. Called in to order and apparently their cheap "new owners" aren't accepting the coupon that was just recently sent out as we have just recently moved into the area so why send out coupons with no intention to honor it, isn't that considered false advertisement??? Haven't actually had any of their food but their cheap and shady business practices is enough to turn me away.

Good consistent pizza. Monday nights is half off any pizza. The small pizza was enough for two people, and done exactly as requested. I believe they are having problems hiring wait staff, because one woman was running the whole restaurant and bar. She did a great job, very pleasant person to have wait on us.
