Don’t expect them to give you the sauce you paid extra for, they even managed to “forget” the sauce that comes with the disgusting cheese bread. Wish I could give zero stars, First time ordering here and will for sure be the last.
The Chicago pizza here is Amazing! So Delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive; most of all Bill the General Manager is so personable and makes you feel so welcomed. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK SOON!
I usually love Rosatis and frequent very often because I love a pub style Chicago pizza. I love Wednesday night trivia and Thursday night bingos! Something in the last couple of months has definitely changed as far as quality control or consistency- this was the way our pizza was delivered. The slice is literally stuck to the top of the box and had been there long enough to leave a grease spot. Please do better cause I always referred people to visit the amazing restaurant for its ambience alone. But the quality control and customer service has diminished and I’m sad to say I won’t be Visiting or ordering for delivery- anytime soon.
