My favorite pizza spot in Great Neck due to their wide variety of spices and rich and friendly service.
I’ve been ordering pizza from Rosa’s for over a year now and I’ve rarely had any issues with the service. However, when I ordered my pizza today it had spilled over on to the side of the box and was very poorly cut. Half the pizza had no cheese left on it. I called back to inform Rosa’s. I was offered a new pizza but before I could tell them that won’t be necessary, I was immediately accused of “pulling this before.” The man, who I’m assuming is the manager, continuously accused me of trying to scam them out of an extra pizza until I hung up. They have lost a regular customer today because of their disgusting customer service.
Amazing! Their upside down pie is as good as the original Rosa’s in Maspeth.
