Great pizza slices and deals. Customer service is friendly. No parking this is usually just a lunch place for folks who work downtown.

Two days ago, I went to Rosa's Pizza (located by Georgia State University) and ordered a pizza. While eating, I noticed that the toppings were falling off (I was okay with that). Later, I found a bug near the pizza. Today, I went back to the restaurant to request a refund. However, the staff member I spoke to said that I needed to show them the box with the bug inside, and I had a video of it, which they didn't want to see and accept. I threw away the box with the bug as soon as I noticed it. I couldn't return to the restaurant on Monday because it was closed, and on Tuesday, I was busy. Now, on Wednesday, they are telling me that I can't get a refund because I don't have the box with the bug in it. Do they expect me to keep the box with the bug in it for two days? This is unacceptable, and absolutely disgusting. The person who I was talking to didn’t show any remorse and didn’t apologize for the incident instead, he kept harping about the pizza box the bug was in. I would like to supp
