Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory

Normally I’m a big fan of Rosas, not so much today. I asked for no guacamole and no sour cream, guess the norm is putting it on and then scraping it off? Smh. Just terrible and down right lazy employees.

Normally we really enjoy this place can't tell you how many times we've been there. But today we ordered pork tamale dinner and taco dinner shredded chicken on soft tacos. One of the tacos had possibly beef fajita, burnt chicken fajita we really don't really know what it was it wasn't shredded chicken . She took the taco back to the counter a female manager looked at it with attitude took whatever it was off the taco threw it in the trash and handed it back to her. That is unacceptable in two ways the female manager gave her attitude and she just took whatever it was off the top threw it the trash handed it back to her. Being a manager she should have handed her a new shredded chicken taco with no attitude. Needless to say the taco was left on the table to go in the trash. She wouldnt touch it. I can't say I blame her I wouldn't have either. Tomorrow when I'm not as mad I may have a chat with corporate over this.

We all know rosas great food. The staff at this particular location has remarkable trouble getting the order correct. I have been three times in the past couple weeks. The order was wrong each time. I called with one to let them know what happened. They offered a replacement meal. I brought the receipt to show them that it was correct on receipt and showed them images of what we got. She stated oh yeah that's wrong. They put in the order again. And we're even nice enough to add drinks. I was in store and went to pick up the replacement order, and they had totally fudged that one too. They had to totally remake the replacement order. I don't even think the staff is incompetent. I believe they are just not listening and/or reading. They seem to be very intelligent when I have spoken with a lot.
