Great atmosphere. I loved the elevated booths, walls of tile, art, and decor. It was my first time stopping here. I'd finished a visit to my ENT late and wanted lunch. The outside of the restaurant is very welcoming. I was seated quickly and given a menu, chips and salsa, and my drink order. I tried the pepita-crusted salmon. The fish itself did not have much flavor, nor did the butternut squash hash. However, the crispy fried onions, the pepita crust, and the side of guac I ordered all went with it perfectly to make an amazing dish. I enjoyed their thin crispy chips, and fresh salsa. I did feel a little rushed by my waitress, so much so that I went ahead and paid when I was not yet half finished. She was back ten minutes later asking if I wanted a box. I assume they get busy at lunch and wanted the table, but that's not how repeat customers are made. The bathrooms were out of paper towels and soap, as well.
Love this place. Come here for lunch every Friday. Sit at the bar for no wait time and listen to Candice. She knows her tequila. Food is next level Mexican. I prefer fried fish street tacos. The chips are thin and crispy and the salsa is worth buying at the local grocer who sells it for them .
Though it's been a while since we've been to Rosalita's (we usually go to the Washington location) I am really happy to know it's still top notch! Mike (or server) has great energy and personality in buckets. The beer was cold and refreshing. The food was spectacular. The service was prompt and seamless. Kudos Mike and the rest of the team@
