Rosalie Italian Soul

Very cool and retro decor. Good music and pleasant atmosphere. The food is great, and the pizza is phenomenal. Never too busy to find a seat at the bar, but I recommend making a reservation.

Rosalie is located in the C. Baldwin hotel. It was fun getting to go inside and see how nice it was. The atmosphere of Rosalie was really pleasant to be in. The arancini was the highlight of the meal. The pizza was also very good but I was a bit disappointed by the spinach and ricotta manicotti at the price point. The service also could have been more enthusiastic. Overall, I would come back for the pizza, arancini, and atmosphere. Of note- the hotel has valet parking for $8.

Was hoping to sit at the bar but no seats available. 2 stars is bc the room is well done , pizza oven is cool display at entry. Other then that a big miss. Finally greeted at 10 minutes. Probably bc i was solo. Table next me me was greeted by same server within a minute and got app before i got any food. Service was awkward and unavailable. Thankfully the training server noticed me. Meatballs are not good, mush and sauce tastes and looks old. My bad for not seeing that the clams came with shells, 45 yrs as Italian , I’ve never seen that before, doesn’t work together but the worse of it is , 4 real clams and the rest were canned clams with it. Pizza looked great, sauce has zero flavor. Added salt Super salty, expect better from a restaurant like this. The server training is very sweet though, a keeper for sure
