Roper's Ribs

Lady has a bad attitude and I was only there because it was Sunday and St. Louis Q, right down the street wasn't open. Ropers Ribs rub has too much cinnamon in it. Overrated place.

Mrs. Denise Roper is very rude, condescending, and overall unpleasant. Originally ordered 2 meat combo, they said they were out of wings and brisket. So I just got the tip meal. Soon as I get my food, BOOM chicken is now ready. So I wanted to know do I pay the difference for two meats orrrr just order the wings meal. She was so rude, my partner said just forget it baby. I gave this star because I really appreciate this pillar of black business. Buttttt we (as consumers) shoulda been told her she gotta cut it out! Food is going down hill, PERIODT! The polish was the only thing that saved this experience. Mr. Carl was very sweet per usual. I meannnn we only want to give you more money Mrs. Denise, who gets mad at that?!?!

The shrimp is AMAZING ???????? First time here after church and I see why it has a high rating. Also the STL ribs ????
