We enjoyed the fried chicken & black eye peas. I’m not a fan of the Mac & cheese but everything else was great. Very kind & fast service.

Oh my God edit!!!!!! I just ingested mold. The cake is moldy!!! We called and will bring it back to them, they offered a refund for only the cake, and a free meal to come back. ?!? I insisted we will need a FULL refund. I really had to argue when my total was like $7?? I cannot explain how I’m feeling that I swallowed mold and had to fight for my measly $7. Not a good look. We found out they were kept in a cooler that’s not plugged in! Also my stomach is killing me, probably from the actual meal. Yikes! Edible but not super impressed. I was excited to try it but just not wowed. The fried chicken was good. The Mac and cheese was greasy sadly. The mashed potatoes were basically kfc and not the homemade kind I somehow expected. The gravy on them was good though. The cornbread muffin was super dense and dry and had way too much baking soda like it was accidentally spilled in the recipe. I couldn’t eat it. I truly believe in giving Black owned Businesses my support, however, Whoever the Lady was in front, her Attitude killed any chance of me ever coming back there! I believe she was the owner, because there was someone in the parking lot complaining about how rude she was. She actually said "Can you read"! I should have never purchased the Food. I'm not gonna say the food was bad..it definitely wasn't seasoned right and there was something crunchy in my cornbread. When you spend your hard earned money, you want to be treated with kindness.Villa Rica needs a True Southern Restaurant here that make it's residents feel at home
