The food was good and the ambient was that of an old pub which was nice. The restrooms need toilet paper and paper towels. The reason I dropped the rating to a two from a 5 is because when i receive my bill, the server was watching me sign my credit card receipt and notice I put $0 on tips. Not knowing I was going to give him a cash tip, he chuckled under his breath like in discontent. I then gave him the cash tip and he was like surprised. To me this was very unprofessional and poor customer service. Management needs to refresh the servers about how to retain customers. The sweets were delicious.

Horrible customer service. The waitress had just finished taking our order and we asked if we can change one item to another. She immediately told us "NO! I can't change it because the kitchen staff will get mad at me!! I can't have them get mad at me for this." Seems like a toxic work environment if you cannot work as a team to meet customer needs on a simple request. 0/5 . Don't recommend this restaurant.
