Rookies Taphouse and Eatery

Pretty good. I didn't stay long enough to see how everything runs in the evening. But my burger was good and sweet potato fries were on point. Service was great.

Wow…. What a find !! Passing through and stopped in for a bite. Good music was playing. Very inviting. The place was busy but we managed to get two seats at the bar. Sammie, our Bartender, was delightful and full of personality. We ordered our drinks. Soon after ordered the Rookies Hamburger with sweet potato fries to split. Delicious!!! Cooked to the right temp, juicy and full of flavor. AND, they made it properly…. The lettuce, tomato & pickles were on the bottom so that the bun DID NOT GET SOGGY!! Really awesome !! Wish every place did that. The fries were still firm inside with an extra nice crisp on the outside. Sad part…. We are passing through. Highly recommended!!!

This is a nice, clean bar with a great staff. Food is excellent if you're wanting something from the fryer, I'm from WI and I can say their cheese curds are pretty damn good. BUT the best....their pulled pork is phenomenal!!! Darcy, the bartender, said they make it in house. The smoky flavor...seriously some of the best I've had in a while. We just moved to the area so we will definitely be visiting on a regular basis.
