Romano's Macaroni Grill

Stopped coming here a few years ago due to poor service but decided to give them another try. Had a wonderful time with the wife, service has improved dramatically, even the management team has improved as well. Lady manager stopped at my table, made sure that we were satisfied. We will be back soon!!!!

The service was great & food was delicious! I would definitely come back to this location. The waitress & manager were very attentive.

I placed an order via their website on Wednesday evening for my pastor and his family to help make sure they had dinner delivered for Thursday evening since his wife recently had a serious surgery and was in a lot of pain. I had 2 horrible experiences with door dash Thursday evening in regards to the delivery of this food. The first driver made it through the gate of their subdivision but never delivered the food, the second driver cancelled the order citing that someone else had picked it up. Door dash dropped the ball BIG TIME… their customer service department had me transferred to Kat over at Macaroni Grill. I explained in detail what had occurred and she was so apologetic (though it was not their fault). She then spoke to the general manager and they offered to do something for me that they don’t do at all, and that was to PERSONALLY, have someone from their restaurant deliver it to them. She assured me they would get it and would text me when it was delivered. This is what custo
