Romano's Macaroni Grill

Staff was very nice. Food was delicious. Not too crowded. The air conditioning was not great. It was pretty warm in there. It was a hot evening and not much cooler inside. Apparently, it has been like this for at least a few weeks. The staff had altered uniforms because of it.

I know it’s tough right now with COVID and being short staffed, but our server Ella made the experience great and she was SUPER!! I give her 5 stars. The food was good. I recommend the Shrimp Portofino which is what I had. The spaghetti and fettuccine were also good. I had a taste of it.

Extremely expensive and horrible indoor experience. There were ants everywhere, even on our table and plates, we moved to a new booth where the top was stained. Bread and oil didn't taste good, extremely herby, oil tasted old. Food was okay at best, there was a small black object that I hope wasn't an ant embedded in my ice, lemonade tasted weak and flavorless. Chicken tasted strange, plates and glasses were chipped. Server was great but the manager should be more careful about what gets sent out.
