Onion rings were soft. Order a vegetarian and pepperoni, both thin crust. Both were a little greasy and kinda doughy, could’ve been in the oven a little bit longer. It’s probably been about five years since last time I was here, so i gave it another chance. I think I’m done with the place..
Last night we had an itch for a "Premium Deep Dish Pizza" and decided to support a local establishment in Riverside CA by Googling and found Romano's Chicago Pizzeria, Mission Grove Riverside CA. Hoping to enjoy a premium, authentic quality deep dish, prepared and baked to order deep dish pizza pie considering and selecting the "CHICAGO PIE x 1, LARGE STUFFED 14 in" for $37.00 + tax $40,24 total.. Upon opening our pizza box after a 55 min wait we witnessed and sampled arguably the worst pizza I've ever eaten, coast to coast. The rock hard, obviously pre-fabbed, inedible, possibly frozen crust cupping the overly acidic, thick paste like sauce (tasted like jar spaghetti sauce) w/ the as advertised artichokes, spinach and not yet melted, cold cheese layer at the bottom. For $40.00!!! I'd expect this poor quality product from Domino's or Pizza Hut but that's why we selected a premium restaurant like Romano's. Not worth 1/3 of the $40 price I'm afraid! DO BETTER!
Very good customer service the gentlemen was very nice. Service was great. The pizza was awesome and appetizers yummy. I'd recommend eating here ???? first time eating here. Definitely coming back again.
