Roger Miller Restaurant

A colossal waste of time. Ordered online for 4 people. Arrived 30 min after ordering, was told 15 minutes to be ready. They didn't even start making our food until after I arrived. Food came out an hour and half later. Multiple people arrived, ordered and left with their food in that time. Not worth a two hour wait.

Unfortunately I can’t even provide real feedback on the food. Because we ordered an entire array of items. Soup, plantains, goat stew, etc. Placed the order via Uber eats, and the driver arrived 10 minutes early with a drink and some Jollof rice and insisted they told him that was the full order. We called the restaurant where a man blames the delivery driver, saying they move to fast… then tells us to find someone to come pick up the rest of the order. (We ordered DELIVERY for a reason). And in the midst of speaking to Uber - he CALLS us back to ask “so is someone coming to pick it up”. What a joke- on the the next place because never again.

I have been ordering out at this restaurant for some time, same dish, baked tilapia with jollof,. My experience yesterday Friday 15th July 2022, was quite an experience. Orderded at 7.19pm, with an estimated delivery time of 8.11pm delivery. Driver texted me 8.39pm saying still waiting for order to be filled. Driver gave up..I called at 9 10..the old man said I should know that they are busy..said I could cancel if I wasn't happy..next I got call from Grubbhub telling me order is to be cancelled that was almost 10pm. Mind you there was a second driver now waiting for my delivery.. I have had not so good experiences before, and I gave them another chance to redeem themselves..this time though..2 plus hours later and owner tells me I should understand..least I expected was a lil apology, were kinda bust this evening..but neah..was told you may cancel your order. So am I going to go vackl? I may have to get my fix somewhere else..
