Not pictured: cheese curds which were delicious! I had never had a batter on cheese curds like theirs before. Reviewing 4 stars because 2 burgers were ordered the exact same way (medium), but one came out very pink. The fries were delicious along with the mashed potatoes!

We had a party of 6, no reservations, looking for a place to have dinner. Our hostess was prompt, and found us a table in minutes. Upon being seated, our waitress handed us 4 cocktail napkins, though there were clearly six of us. Our entire party took very little time to choose our appetizers, drinks, and meal selections. We received no silverware, and one of our party actually had to seek out waitstaff that would help us. There was a bit of a crowd, however, tables seated after us received their drinks and food before us. The table next to us(party of eight) had been seated after us, and they received their food before we even had our appetizers. Our appetizers arrived, and they were quite good, yet our waitress had problems keeping our drinks full, as we only ordered tea and water. She also let us know that the restaurant was busier than usual, however, other tables she was attending to were receiving their orders ahead of ours. My experience was okay. It was extremely hard to make a reservation and took about a week to reach someone after multiple online messages, emails sent, and calls as the phone only allows voice messages, no direct line to anyone. After the multiple methods, someone finally called back to confirm a few days before the reservation. Once there, the hostesses told us a general area for our large group reservation but didn't escort us to the other end of the restaurant. During our time there, the server, in assuming, knowing she was already tipped for the large group was inpatient with ordering, seeing that a good portion of our group hadn't shown yet. Once everyone had ordered, she took time to eat, coming back out with a mouth full of food, being totally unable to ask if our food was okay. She could have at least finished chewing before coming back out on the floor. She later took a smoke break during our time, coming back smelling of cigarette smoke.
