Roe Fusion

Came here for a nice dinner since I was in the area and wanted to try a new restaurant. The decor drew us in, love the koi accent wall and layout of the restaurant. Ordered a variety of dishes since we were hungry. The burger is outstanding! Love the double patties and flavor! The French fries are also pretty tasty. The chicken karaage was also another favorite, nice big juicy pieces with fried basil and sauce. The smoked salmon was delicious and refreshing along with the crispy Brussel sprouts. All the food came out quickly and nice and hot! Service was great, thank you Vanessa! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Visited with my husband couple days ago, and we can’t wait to go back. The black cod and hand rolls are so delicious. Not to mention the steak as well. We love the flavors and freshness for all the food we ordered and they have a FULL BAR available for you! That’s Definitely something we are looking for! Will visit soon again

The food is delicious. They have a mushroom sizzling rice dish that is outstanding. I think they should highlight this dish and make it a signature dish that people specifically hear about or go to try. It's unique and I have not seen it anywhere before. Tempura is light and crispy and the hand rolls are fantastic. Reservations are recommended especially to sit on the patio. Great date place.
