Stopped by while on a Texas trip. Great place for lunch while in the culture district. I ordered the Whiskey Burger and my boyfriend ordered the Nanny Goat burger. They were delicious! Great combination of fresh ingredients and the beef tasted fresh and was wonderfully cooked. Atmosphere and customer service made it feel like a cute and eclectic local hole-in-the-wall type place. Would definitely recommend checking out.
The service was excellent! Nice friendly staff. Had the cleanest bathroom I've seen in recent years. The food, well the Burger not so much. I found it mediocre and bland. I've experienced bigger, thicker, and heartier burgers with more flavor. I figure if you can make it at home and get the same taste then it's not something to venture out for. I'll try them again and order a different Burger but for now, I'll give them 2.5 out of 5 stars.
I loved it... I'm a former Austin resident and found Rodeo Goat to be that same kind of cool, casual, fun, hip, lively, great food, eatery that was part of making Austin so popular. Great selection of unique and tasty burgers, fries and other stuff! Exceptional service as well. I've become a big fan of Ft Worth and this is just another reason to love it!
