They forgot to put my order in, so they brought my friend a burger, and never brought out my chicken tenders. The kitchen had closed by then (at 6:30pm) so I was too late, but they brought me some cold chicken and french fries that tasted like it was from an hour ago. for $20 and 20% gratuity included.

This place kind of sets you up with a bad taste in your mouth from the get-go because the menu is pretty cheap quality and it says automatic 20% gratuity added. That being said, the cheeseburger and fries was pretty damn good how much better than it needs to be in a net report restaurant. My son had a chicken fried sandwich and he said it was very good as well, crispy fried chicken and juicy breast. Overall the service was quick and attentive even though it was crowded, and the food was definitely better than it needed to be. Now I must go pay my bill and the added 20% automatically and somehow feel like its fair.

You'll pay a steep price for convenience. $20 for a chicken tender basket, $20 for limp and soggy fish & chips, $20 for a hamburger. Small menu and none of it is outstanding. Staff is fine. Terminal 5 lacks quality restaurants and this may be the best one.
