Great menu and atmosphere! Loved coming here for the oysters. They're amazing. Unfortunately, the food lacks consistency when it comes to flavor and temperature. Entrees often come to the table cold. It hard eating a supposed to be hot entree, cold. The general manager isn't the nicest guy either. He was pretty condescending when bringing these issues to his attention. He literally took our cold order of oysters and reheated them then brought it back to us. Talk about cross contamination! He refused to make it over for us completely because he said he didn't want to waste food. That was the straw for us. We won't be returning. This experience was a deal breaker for sure. Can't believe he's the general manager. Need to learn how to provide better customer service and become a little more sincere when communicating with guests who are spending their money at your establishment. Parking: Parking is horrible. Never can get a close spot. Need a bigger parking lot or valet.
A waiter at a hotel's restaurant recommended this restaurant. He said it was the best in town. I didn't believe him, but I had to find out. We were in town for a concert so we really didn't have much time to enjoy. Also, it was drizzling, so we could not indulge ourselves on the rooftop. We visited around 5 pm, the place wasn't filled at all. We were seated almost immediately upon entering the restaurant. We informed the waiter that we had plans. He made sure to get our orders in quickly. I tried the fried goat cheese, crab cake and the Chef's special (Halibut). Our entire party enjoyed our dishes. We also loved the Coquitos ????. I can't say if it's the best in town, but it's darn good. I'll have to come back when I'm not in a rush and can enjoy the atmosphere.
Went here for our anniversary. The location is prime. Food came out fresh and delicious. Service was quick. It was pretty dead on a weekday at 5pm. I’d love to come back and try other dishes. We went simple this time. Dessert wasn’t that great, was expecting more in that area.
