We were looking for a new place to eat near our friend's house in San Jose before we hit the highway and got really lucky at Ristorante da Maria. I love lobster raviolis and order them whenever I see them, but I think that these were the best ever! The next time we came to visit our friends we picked up lasagna, spaghetti with meatballs AND lobster raviolis for everyone to enjoy.
When we showed up I started to have second thoughts cuz the place was empty. I got the spaghetti and meat balls, it was incredible.The prices are fair. The only down fall, the owner is the only one serving,taking phone orders and cashiering. When he’s busy on the phone or with grub hub there is no one else to help you. The grub hub orders are made quickly. The owner was very nice, I do recommend this place and will be back.
Nothing fancy here just good pasta and a relaxing place to enjoy dinner. The owner as working the night we came and apologized for being short handed. Honestly I couldn’t tell as the service was good and they were all super friendly. Will definitely be coming back here.
