I don't normally post reviews but when we went here this past Sunday, the wait was absolutely insane (40 minutes for 2 biscuits). It seemed like people who ordered ahead online or over the phone were being prioritized and got theirs on time but anyone who ordered in store was waiting for a long time. It was hot and fresh when finally served but we wouldn't have gone if we had known
Just like they did in the Columbia location they upgraded the restaurant. They have a heated food locker that will keep your order nice and hot...They have a QSR / Online ordering (Picture Included) that will text you when your order is finished and placed in the food locker...you don't have to wait around at all! I LOVE the Buffalo chicken for lunch and the chicken box is great too!
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Rise. I ordered ahead online for a specific time, but my order wasn’t ready until 10 minutes later than scheduled. I ended up waiting even longer because the employee didn’t notice the order was ready for me. I was then handed only one of two bags for my order, so be sure to check you got everything before you leave. Onto the food. I got the “Which Came First?” biscuits and gravy with fried chicken. Look at my photo to see the sorry excuse for fried chicken. It’s chicken twigs. What a ripoff. Plus, I’d chosen a cheddar biscuit, yet received a plain biscuit, and the scallions on top were missing. The rest of the food wasn’t good either. Donut was dry, and the sausage patty on a biscuit was dry and rubbery. The eclair was only filled on one end, about 1/3 of its total length.
