Danny provided wonderfully friendly service and took time to give wonderful descriptions of all the food. Unfortunately, the back of the house didn't equal the front. The appetizers were good, especially the empanadas. The drinks were "flat", the wine was "off" and the main entree's were "average" and not really worth the premium prices.
This was my first time at Rio's and I had a great time. The service was amazing; my water cup was always full, the dirty dishes were cleared quickly, and our server was funny and accommodating. My favorite dish was the Rio's ceviche. It's a small portion, great for an appetizer dish, but it has a bold flavor. It wasn't spicy, even with the Peruvian habanero in it. The entrees were huge! Lots of food for that price and very delicious too. I will definitely come back.
