Second chance: Oct 12 2020 Thought I’d give this place a second chance because their food is great, it’s still great. Costumer service was definitely way better over the phone this time. But they were way off in delivery ETA. Ordered at 5:41pm the order did not get here till 7:30pm. The lady on the phone gave me a 40 minute eta. We waited for the food 2 hours. Obviously it’s not delivery drivers fault but that’s why I called and until the call is when they said that he had many other deliveries, but that’s something they should have told me. I asked for a refund I was gonna give the delivery driver his tip regardless cause it’s obviously not his fault. Funny thing is the delivery driver had the worst attitude and kept asking questions even after the manager told him over the phone that he could leave the food without charging us for it. I was like are you kidding? So you don’t want your tip then? Ok well. This restaurant’s food is awesome and obviously whoever is answering the phone is

I normally order from here through uber eats and the food is always amazing. A few weeks ago i decided i should stop by and pick up my food myself. I should’ve left it to uber because they have the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in any restaurant. Too bad the food is delicious but that experience I had rubbed me the wrong way and I definitely won’t be returning.

I ordered via Doordash. The ordered was completed wrong. I called the restaurant and they said it was Doordash fault that they couldn't do anything. I ordered 2 tamales de elote fritos & 2 Garnachas and I got 3 boiled elotes. The restaurant said Doordash confused the order, but how ifvthe restaurant whom packed the order.
