Richards Chicken & Ribs

Heard the food here was great. Tried to check it out today (Monday) around 2pm. They're supposed to be open by 11am from what I can see anywhere online. Couldn't get anybody to answer the phone so we just drove over to check it out. There's an employee clearly here. Place says it's open, but the doors are locked and nobody answered at the drive thru. Frankly, the whole thing was pretty unprofessional and off-putting, to say the least. I can't say I'll be coming back again after this experience. Very disappointing.

My family and I stopped by here for the first time today, the owner was the only one working because 2 employees didn’t show! Super friendly environment and he even brought our daughter out an adorable. Let us try his delicious chicken and rice soup! Definitely will be going here again!

This place has amazing food! Prices are comparable with every other restaurant but you get more food here. All cooked to order so I recommend calling ahead to place your order. You can pick up inside or go through the drive-thru. Employees are extremely nice also. They have a large variety of items to choose from. My faves are the zucchini sticks, onion rings, and the rib tip dinner. Yum!
