Rice Pot Express

Very disappointed. Order a bell pepper with beef. They gave me chicken, when I told them they have my order wrong she told it would an extra 2 bucks to fix it. I just took it at that point. Get home, the entire plate was only bell pepper, hardly any chicken. No flavor what so ever. So bland. Tried to call for them to make it right. Epic fail. They refuse to give me the managers name or the owners name. If you mess up on someone’s order make it right!!!!

Rice Pot Prosper is like my last resort, "I dont want to drive far and need an Asian food fix." Honestly you're better off going to Panda Express at that point. Nothing special, just fast "Asian" food. I think its hilarious all the reviews about the rude lady there, I just don't pay attention to her anymore ???? If we actually had a good alternative in Prosper, this place would would probably close shop. I had high hopes for Tappan Wok, but nothing special there either.

Rude as hell. Went to pick up an order I placed through uber eats, walk in and the lady looks at me annoyed I then stnd there for about 5 minutes,only person in the store, while she ignores me. Finally asks wht I'm there to pick up. My order was ready. They also have a sign on the door saying uber and dash drivers aren't allowed to use the restroom. What disgusting people.
